The terms under which Vetted is provided.

Vettedgenerates first-draft Indian compliance policies (POSH, Maternity Benefit, Code of Conduct, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Shareholders' Agreement and similar) and commercial agreements using automated drafting and verification models trained on current Indian statute.

The service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual plans) and on a per-document unlock basis (one-shot purchases). Specific entitlements (number of documents per month, support level, white-label capability, etc.) are described on the pricing page.

You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and acting on behalf of a business entity registered or operating in India. By using the service you represent that you have authority to bind the entity you are acting for.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@legalprotect360.com without delay if you suspect unauthorised use.

• All prices on every plan (the ₹199 first document, per-document unlocks, monthly and annual subscriptions, and lawyer-vetting add-ons) are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is added at the rate prescribed by law (currently 18%) and shown as a separate line item at checkout. GST applies uniformly - it is not waived on subscriptions, documents, or higher tiers.
• Per-document unlocks: from ₹1,500 (basic) to ₹7,500 (complex), per document, net of GST. The price for a given document is displayed before checkout.
• Doc-credit packs: available in 5, 10, 20 credits. Each credit unlocks one document; credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase on a FIFO basis.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically on the cycle you selected (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. and / or Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. Their respective terms apply to the payment instrument you use.
• A tax invoice meeting GST requirements is emailed to you within 24 hours of every successful payment.

Your inputs and your output documents belong to you. On successful payment for a generation, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, publish, sign and distribute the generated document for your company's own purposes.

The platform, prompts, drafting framework, citation verifier, code, and brand assets remain ours. You may not (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (b) resell, sublicense or whitelabel the service without a written white-label agreement; (c) use the service to compete with us or to train a competing model.

You agree not to:

• upload information you don't have a right to share, or content that infringes any third-party rights;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purposes;
• upload malware, exploit attempts, or content designed to disrupt the service;
• attempt to bypass rate-limits, authentication, or other security controls;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your authority to bind an entity;
• use the service for sanctioned-party or sanctioned-jurisdiction business activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Every Vetted plan - including subscriptions marketed as “unlimited” - is licensed for internal compliance use by a single business entity (you and your group companies under common control). Fair Usage applies to all plans equally and is intended to prevent commercial or bulk-resale abuse, not to ration legitimate compliance drafting.

The following are not permitted under any plan:

• Reselling, sublicensing or distributing generated documents to third parties (clients, customers, affiliates, consultancies) as your own templates or as a paid deliverable without a written white-label or reseller agreement with us.
• White-labelling the Vetted output - i.e. stripping our branding and re-issuing the document under another firm's name - outside of an executed white-label agreement.
• Account sharing across unaffiliated entities. One account services one company group. Service providers (law firms, CS firms, consultants, accountants) drafting policies on behalf of their own clients require a separate firm / partner agreement and the appropriate per-seat licensing.
• Bulk / automated generation beyond what a reasonable in-house compliance team would produce. As a soft guide, more than approximately 25 complete policy packs in any rolling 30-day window on a single unlimited plan, or more than 5 packs in any single 24-hour window, will be flagged as likely commercial use. We may throttle or pause generation, request a written confirmation of intended use, or migrate the account to a per-document or reseller plan.
• Using Vetted to populate a template library, marketplace, SaaS product or any other tool that you offer to third parties.
• Using Vetted to train, fine-tune or evaluate a competing AI / drafting / compliance model.

Enforcement. Where we believe an account is operating outside this Fair Usage Policy, we may, at our discretion: (i) contact you to confirm intended use; (ii) temporarily throttle or pause generation; (iii) migrate the account to a per-document or partner plan and invoice the difference; (iv) suspend or terminate the account for repeated or material breach. Documents already generated for your own entity's internal use remain licensed to you under Section 7 even after enforcement.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated documents are fit for any specific use, are complete, accurate, or will be accepted by any government authority, court, counterparty or adjudicator.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service for any cause whatsoever (in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, regulatory fines or business interruption.
